After trying various different plumbers and booking one who diagnosed the issue as something different which didn’t fix it, as soon as Daniel arrived at our house within 5 minutes he had diagnosed the problem and worked out where the leak in our home was coming from. He was super efficient and clearly very knowledgable and skilled at his job. I would recommend him to anyone and would definitely call him again for any future heating or plumbing issues.

Cant recommend Daniel of N.E Heating & Plumbing Services highly enough. We called him out to diagnose and fix a leak on our combi boiler which had been 'fixed' a couple of times before. Daniel was instrumental in helping us identify that the leak was actually running down a pipe in the wall that ran behind the boiler and was actually leaking in the ceiling. With his excellent advice we quickly identified the specific pipe that was the source and Daniel returned the next day to repair the leak, but not before he had to remove the boiler flu to gain access, which obviously made the job more difficult. Daniel also managed to fit us in for a boiler service the following week. Excellent diagnosis, advice and remedial work. Great responsiveness at a very reasonable price. Excellent. I've just moved back to Newcastle and don't have contacts for trades, so went to google. After a number of no shows and a ridiculously high quote, from other companies, Daniel turned up on time and quoted a very reasonable rate. He booked me in within a week to completely change the heating system and relocate a new boiler. The work was completed, system set up and ready to go within 2days, no fuss and left an invisible repair where the old flue had been. Great job, really happy, thanks !

Daniel came round just 4 days after contacting him about a leak in an outside tap and a leak from a bathroom sink. He was prompt and very helpful and got the outside tap sorted even though he had to create access to the pipe work. He then sorted the bathroom sink pipe work before realising the plug filter was broken. Instead of saying he would have to come back, he went and got a new plug and fitted it straight away. A great job all round, efficient, tidy and very helpful…I’ll be back, thank you!

Daniel is my hero - made himself available at very short notice to replace my boiler to keep my house sale from falling through. Dan explained complicated boiler issues into English and gave sound advice - very knowledgeable and personable guy. I've had boiler issues in my new house too and Dan's been super responsive and changed parts for me on that boiler which now works great. Trustworthy guy and great service - definitely recommend

I knew no workman in Newcastle and so chose Daniel via the internet which is always risky. However he was an excellent choice. I had a very limited time frame in which my work could be carried out and he kindly fitted us in. He kept me informed at all points and turned up when he said he would. He and his friend worked hard all day and were polite and courteous. I will definitely be using him again and have no hesitation in recommending his work

We had hired Daniel for replacing a conventional boiler with a combi boiler. From the beginning he was very professional, friendly and had explained me in detail what all is required and what all options I have. First time I felt a trades person was being genuine and wasn't trying to rip me off. In the end the price was really competitive and we hired him. He kept us informed throughout and ensured everything was sorted within 2 days which is commendable. We would definitely recommend and hire him again in future.

We recently had a new combi boiler installed by North East Heating and Plumbing, including the installation of a roof flue, and Daniel went above and beyond! He did a brilliant, professional job and stuck with us even when we had to rearrange due to issues with getting scaffolding for the roof work. He was always really friendly and accommodating, and we can't fault the work. We will definitely go to him again, heartily recommend!
